Our two main areas of work:
- Bringing together Russian-speaking psychologists and psychotherapists across the UK

- Providing professional psychological support and psychotherapy in Russian
Our Association's database lists around 200 practitioners*
*Not all of them hold the professional accreditation required to practise clinically in the UK, so we recommend working with practitioners whose qualifications have been formally verified. Accreditation means that a practitioner has completed the necessary years of professional training, has undertaken personal therapy, works under regular supervision, and follows the professional and ethical standards set by their accrediting body. If you have any questions about a particular practitioner's qualifications or accreditation, please get in touch and we will help you check their professional status.
What we offer
Psychological support
Life brings difficulties that we cannot always work through on our own. We invite you to come to an initial consultation with an experienced psychotherapist, where you can talk your situation through in detail and think together about how best to help.

Group psychotherapy
Group psychotherapy is a way to explore your emotional responses, how you communicate and how you relate to other people. We take new members into our psychotherapy group throughout the year, subject to availability.

Seminars and training
We organise and run educational events - seminars, training courses and lectures in Russian, open to everyone. Dates and times are published in the Schedule section.

Information and guidance
